Internship

The internship is aimed at students (Bachelor's degree is required) who are interested in European politics, digital and employment policy and want to familiarise themselves with the work of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in an international context.

The internship covers a period of 3 to 6 months

During the internship, you will work full time with the FES Future of Work team in Brussels and will have the opportunity to experience a professional, dynamic and multi-cultured working environment. You are expected to support colleagues in research tasks, implementation of activities, communication as well as general administration.

We provide an allowance for expenses.

Desirable:

  • You are a student, holding a Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, sociology, communication or political science.
  • Very good German and English skills are required
  • Socio-politically engaged
  • Experienced with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram etc.)
  • Team spirit, commitment and the ability to work under pressure
