Empowering Workers

Digitalisation and increasing automation have the potential to have a set of diverse effects on different groups of the society, negatively impacting social inclusion of workers based on age, gender or ethnicity. Social dialogue and collective bargaining continue to be essential in addressing living and working conditions. This project steam focuses on the worker's awareness of new technologies, data rights and new forms of organising.
