For trade union organisations, digital organising can be seen as a working method for renewing the work in conducting campaigns on social media platforms.  The training aimed to provide new knowledge and concrete examples on digital organising by answering the following two questions:

(1) How digital organising can be useful and beneficial for trade union movement, specifically in the Baltic States?

(2) In what ways, digital organising can strengthen representation of employees?

The training was provided by Erkan Ersoy, director of organising for Europe from UNI Global Union.
